April Katelynne's Character Profile

Name: April Krum-Chang Katelynne

Age: 12

Family: Mother- Cho Chang; Father- Viktor Krum; Sister- Katya Krum(Half sister); Pet- Rosita the Snowy White Owl

Appearance: Dark hair and dark brown eyes. Slim and tall. Wears designer glasses. Likes to wear Muggle clothes when not wearing robes, even though her parents don´t want her to.

History: April has always been an outcast. Her parents wanted her to go to Beaubaxtons to get rid of her, as she is smart and thinks that purebloods shouldn´t be superior to anyone, however, she managed to burn the letter to Beaubaxtons and changed it to Hogwarts instead. April also had a baby brother, but he was killed by a runaway Death Eater. April loves all animals, just nothing squishy or sludgy(like Squids(!)). When April was 8 years old, she was kidnapped by a clan of Voldemort supporters who needed blood from a Voldemort hater(Cho Chang hates Voldy as he killed Cedric(Well, Pettigrew did, but anyway...) and April shares her blood). But, just in the nick of time, Herimone Weasley burst through the door and saved her. From then on however, April has been emotionally wounded and gets very self-defensive.

April has a severe heart condition, which is caused when she gets shocked. This is because when she was young, her older sister, Katya(see below) poisoned her, which caused her first attack.

April has a special power. She received it when she had her third heart attack, and even though it is rusty, April can still use it to her advantage. Do you want to know what it is? Drum roll, please. It is....ELEMENT CONTROL. Yes, that's right. April has the power to contol the elements, i.e. Earth, Fire, Water and Air. She received it when a young Animagus pounced on her, and her sister camr to Hogwarts. April thinks this is because the Gods(yes, she does believe in them) want to give her a second chance.

Katya

Katya is April's sister (see above). Katya bullied April when she was 6 by pushing her against a wall and used the Bat-Bogey Hex on her 6 yr old sister. Katya was in Beaubaxtons, but she was expelled as she cast the Imperius charm on one of the girls in her dorm. Katya is now 16 years old, and is working for her dad when he plays Quidditch(changing his robes, tending to his broom etc.). Katya is April´s half-sister from her father´s side. Her mother was Pansy Parkinson, but she and Viktor got divorced while she was still a baby.Katya has recently come to Hogwarts and is in Slytherin and loves to torment April.
