| Horatio McKevin seated himself amongst the spectators, bouncing a sleepy Edwin on his knee. The young boy had only come along with him, due to his mother not having anyone else to watch him, since everyone including herself had come to the Tournament's First Event.
He watched the young Slytherin, silently cheering her on. She looked quite delicate and frail standing out in the dirt beside the huge towering trolls. "Wha she doing?" Edwin asked, finally perking up. Horatio chuckled. "She's going to fight the trolls and then go into that cave." "Why?" Edwin asked. The older man stroked his beard uncertain how to answer so that the young child could understand.
"She wants to try to win for Hogwarts." Edwin nodded, leaning back yawning. At his age, it was hardly important to him who won the Triwizard Tournament. Horatio on the other hand, cheered loudly as Ana Vaight blasted her way into the cave.

| Darien fought to keep himself sitting on the chair. He had to get used to this watch-without-interfering thing. And fast.
He sighed with relief as his sister made it to the cave. No more trolls...thank Merlin. He wasn't sure he could've coped with the stress.
Relieved Ana's part of the task was over he glanced around. Where was Diana? Or would Boris or the french girl go next?
He couldn't help glaring as he thought of Boris...But he was still going to support Diana...Or try to.
