Strengths: He's very outgoing and incredibly smart, and he also cares about others, even if he hates their guts. he's also incredibly patient.
Weaknesses: He can be a bit of a jerk, sometimes, and he shows a bitterness towards certain people he doesn't like. He's also socially awkward around girls.

Short History: Billie is actually the son of a well known Quidditch player by the name of William Carmichael. Billie grew up loving quidditch thanks to his father, and his mother, a muggle, also introduced him to reading and writing. By age 11, he was accepted into Hogwarts and has been at Hogwarts for 3 years.
