Comments: Jessica has potential to be a Good Auror, she is smart and knows her stuff. However she lacks Discipline, and has a habit of ignoring orders when she disagrees with them. It is regrettable I had her off my team she could be great she simply listened.

Reprimanded:
For disobeying a direct order from her commanding officer, that resulted in her sever injury and placed her team in danger as well when ordered to retreat.
Nightwood was demoted from the rank of lieutenant to the rank of ensign, following a 2 month unpaid Suspension of duty will Nightwood be able to return to duty under the command of Captain Tavish McConn.

Medical History:
Nightwood sustained a massive laceration to her back and received infection after been hit with a weakening curse.
Stayed a fortnight in St. Mungos where she eventually recovered however has a large scar that will forever be on her back.
May suffer from moderate back pain all her life, pain relief may be given if nessesary.
