The Hog's Head

Rachyy looked up at the nurse and was sobbing by this point. "I had an awful transformation last night and I didn't mean to but as I was transforming I scratched my Addehkai. My best friend! Im a monster!" Rachyy whispered while gradually getting louder.

"thank you for fixing him up. I cant believe he still loves me after what i did to him. " Rachyy sobbed.

Juria got compassion in her eyes and moved over to rachyy's side.

"No, no, never Rachyy, you are not a monster. You are a sweet girl, werewolves dont think, im sorry to say but they dont. You yourself would have stopped, it was not you, it may have your body but it is not you... do you understand?"

Juria smiled kindly at the girl, yet Rachyy still cried.

"Shhh dont cry, dont cry, it doesnt suit a pretty girl like you."

Juria reached over and hugged the girl close. She wondered how this girl went through it all. Her parents gone, and she tansforming every month. Juria hoped that she could help Rachyy and be there for her.

Juria started humming a lullaby that her mother had taught her to the crying girl, she also rocked Rachyy back and forth to calm her down.

Rachyy's eyes, still filled with tears, widened as she looked up into Jurias eyes.

"that melody, that tune, where have i heard it?" Rachyy wondered allowed.

Rachyy soon realized her mother has also taught it to her before she died!

Rachyy cried more but not tears of hurt and pain, well not entirely, but tears of hope and comfort that Juria reminded her of her dead mother.

Addehkai wrapped around both Juria and Rachyy.

The whole scene was so comforting and loving.

Rachyy really started to love this woman. Juria was so motherly to her.

Rachyy hugged her tight and kept hugging. it was so comforting to her.

Juria smiled and said

"Dont worry Rachyy, ill be here for you ok, you are not alone. Its ok dear one, its ok"

Juria had quoted her mother on "dear one" she remembered being happy at that time, before...

Juria hoped that Rachyy understood her about not being a monster and took it to heart. She then continued to rock the girl till she stopped crying.

"My mother used to comfort me with that melody" Rachyy said.

"Thank you. youve helped me so much.' Rachyy said.

Rachyy really loved Juria.

"I really appreciate it mum" Rachyy said. She quickly realized what she just said and corrected herself, "erm, miss Juria". Juria was a mother figure to Rachyy now. She had many of the traits Rachyy's mother had and even sang that same comforting lullaby.

Juria smiled and looked at the girl with calm, careing eyes

"Dont worry about it, and i told you, you dont have to call me miss"

Juria laughed lightly, Rachyy was so polite.

Juria realised that Rachyy was fine now, and she thought that the hugging would probally make Rachyy feel akward so Juria stopped hugging the girl and moved back over to the other side of the table.

Juria then looked down, avoiding Rachyy's eyes

"My...mother used to ...sing it to me also... i thought it would be best to comfort you...i hope it helped in some way"

Juria's mother and father had told her to literally "get lost" when they found out she was "helping" the dark lord, from the moment on she had vowed to help as much as she could.

Juria looked back up and to cover her sad emotion she smiled cheerfully and asked

"Want a butterbeer? I already asked for one it will be my treat"

Juria smiled, hopeing the girl would accept her gift.

The twins walked in to the pub and were surprised to see the cheery school nurse talking with one of the new Slytherins.

"Fancy seeing you here" they said as one

Rachyy's head started throbbing with pain. "Miss..erm..i mean JUST Juria my head hurts" Rachyy said also trying to get out of there because she didnt want the twins or anyone else for that matter, to notice her.

Juria nodded, She smiled to the twins and said

"Yes fancy meeting you here, I just ordered two butterbeers please take them, I am needed back at the Infirmary."

Juria smiled at the twins, she then got out the money and let it on the table

"Enjoy the butterbeers"

She said and smiled before her and Rachyy left to the Infirmary.

Viper smirked at the sight of Charity McDoogle, a Ministry enemy of Viper, slurping at her butterbeer from a bush outside the Hog's Head window with Dracon resting loyaly at her shoulder. She waited for about fifteen minutes before the witch exited. Stroking the snakes head lightly, she ran her fingers over its eyes, relinquishing her hold over the basilisk's curse it carried so he was free to fulfill.

"Go, my pretty." she whispered in parseltongue as she watched with glee as it approached Charity, biting her leg off before staring at her with its icy glare of death/

((After the Rosebushes))

Viper eyed the goblet filled with neon liquid suspiciously. It had been a new concoction of the Bartender's and she decided to give it a try. The fact that no one else around her was drinking it seemed to spark her interest.

She swished the drink around a bit before taking a gulp, moving it around her mouth, before swallowing it. "Far too sugary." she told the bartender, opting for a red wine instead.

Kiara stood at the bar counter she had her hood up hiding her face, having the Head of hogwarts asking questions about the murder victim would do her little good.

She was about to turn and leave as the bartener told her very little, when she saw Viper drinking her wine as usual.

"You know drinking to much can be bad for you" she said her hood still up as she approched Vipers table.

Viper raised an eyebrow, suprised to find Kiara at the Hog's Head of all places. "Now, Kiara, what's life without a little fun." she laughed before inquiring "So what brings you here?"

Kiara smiled "curiousty"

When the bartender asked if she was going to order anything she said "Anything without alcohol?"

The bartender growled and handed her a glass of water.

Kiara sighed and transfigured the glass into a mug then heated the water up before placing a tea bag in it.

"Why am I not surprised" she mumbled.

Turning to Viper she asked "So are you having fun?"

Viper shrugged. "Not quite my idea of a night out, but I suppose this shall suffice. At least I am away from the castle..." she muttered rather darkly as she thought of her recent conversations.

She smirked at how out of place Kiara appeared in the pub. "Are you?"

"Oh I am having a blast..." she said her voice obviously scarcastic.

"You have no idea how much I wish I could join you for a drink.. Lashanra and Kazimir are trying people. And I thought you were bad"

Viper paused for a moment, her goblet midway to her mouth from the table. "I can't figure out if I should be insulted or flattered..."

Shrugging it off, she took another sip. "See, I told you Lasharna was a giant! What is she, 6'2?"

Kiara sighed "More like 6,4, she looks down on anyone who is shorter then her, exeot for Eglantine that is... She looks at everyone like they are children. It is quite annoying. The conversation in the great hall could have gone so much better"

Viper choked on her beverage. "6'4? Bloody hell! Perhaps on the way back I should pick up a few pairs of high heels..." Viper hated having to crane her neck to speak with someone.

"What happened in the Great Hall?" she asked, having been in the pub for most of the evening.

Kiara rolled her eyes "Oh Lasharna basicaly called me a uncompident headmistress and I didn't have clue what I was doing. She was quite rude.... Then Sevastyan and Headmaster Kazimir nearly dueled in the great hall. oh yes a lovely evening"

Viper fought the urge to laugh as she mentioned Madame Lasharna's comment until she heard Kiara mention what had happened between Sevastyan and the Durmstrang Headmaster.

"Is Sevastyan alright?" she asked in a concerned tone, remembering what he had told her during their conversation in the Great Hall.

Kiara nodded smiling slightly "He is fine, managed to avoid a actual duel"

Then her face went serious again "But Kazimir seems bent on fighting him... we'll have to be cautous, they may still come to blows."

Viper nodded solemnly. She knew Sevastyan was more than capable of defending himself, but for some reason, she still could not brush off her concern.

"Indeed," she said softly.

Kiara nodded smiled again "It was rather funny to see Eglantine yell at Lasharna though know that think about"

Viper smiled at the thought of the shorter Professor yell at a "giantess". "How did they ever get to be such good friends?" she wondered.
